The staff were great, and I loved having a kettle and small fridge in the room. The peaceful vibe and proximity to fresh fruit and veg markets added to the charm.

The location requires a 20-minute walk to reach Old Town, and dining options nearby were limited. It would be beneficial to have a tour concierge for the many tourists visiting.

I had compact, new-fashioned room complete with views of concrete walls, nice bathrooms and an iron. The location was good and unbeatable, for example, Phuket Thai Hua Museum was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Had a very very good time. Truly enjoyed spending my time in this reasonably clean brand-new hotel. The food was local, with a huge variety of options. The staff were brilliantly helpful and competent hole time of my stay. Perfect central location really close to a market, and Robinson shopping Mall.

I loved how close Ibis Styles is to the vibrant morning and night markets. Just a short walk away. The cleanliness was fantastic, and my room was always well-maintained. I appreciated the daily room cleaning, a lovely touch. The bed was quite uncomfortable. On one occasion, I found a used cotton bud in the room, off-putting. The bathroom felt cramped and could use a deep clean. Dining options were limited, and I wished for a bit more variety at breakfast. Despite these issues, the convenience of exploring Old Town was a real highlight for me.

Ibis styles is a nice place, especially being so close to the vibrant markets. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff helped us sort out our interconnecting room situation. A senior manager stepping in made a big difference for us! Really liked the daily room cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay, especially because the location was fantastic with morning and night markets just down the street. The hotel helped us sort out an issue with our interconnecting room after a bit of a delay, and we appreciated that a senior manager stepped in to fix things. It was quite understaffed, and we had to move our luggage ourselves during the transition.

It was just a strong match for an overnight stop in Phuket with great value-to-price ratio. The staff sorted my airport transfer at the last minute after I had a mix-up, a lifesaver. Check the light arrangements in the room to avoid waking up when someone uses the bathroom at night.
